Analisi e gestione delle segnalazioni
In compliance with the provision of the Directive (EU) 2019/1937, with the relevant transposition laws and internal anti-corruption regulations, we have adopted a system that enables us to manage whistleblowing reports received, also anonymously, by Amper-Auto and by its subsidiaries in Italy and abroad.
In compliance with applicable regulations, regardless of the content of the report and the concerned Amper-Auto entity, it is always guaranteed the possibility of sending reports through the specific reporting channel, set up for their receiption.
Through this channel, we guarantee the receipt, the analysis and the management of whistleblowing reports that are sent by or transmitted from anyone, stakeholders, Amper-Auto employees or other third parties, also when anonymous. We consider a whistleblowing report any communications concerning behaviors that relate to Amper-Auto employees in violation of the Code of Ethics, any laws regulations, provisions of authorities, internal regulations, Models 231 or Models CE.
The outcome of the verification activities carried out on the reported facts are presented to the Board of Statutory Auditors, owner of the process, also by virtue of its role as Audit Committee under SOX.
The company guarantees the strict confidentiality on the persons and facts reported and on the identity of the reporting persons to ensure that they are not subject to any form of retaliation.

Without prejudice to the preferential use of the reporting channels made available by Amper-Auto, in the cases peremptorily indicated pursuant to Article 6 of Legislative Decree 24 of 10 March 2023, reports may also be submitted to the competent authority in the matter (ANAC).
In osservanza di quanto previsto dalla Direttiva (UE) 2019/1937, dalle relative leggi di recepimento e dagli Strumenti Normativi interni Anti-Corruzione, abbiamo adottato un sistema di gestione che ci permette di gestire le segnalazioni, anche anonime, ricevute da Amper-Auto e dalle società controllate in Italia e all’estero.
In conformità con la normativa applicabile, a prescindere dall’oggetto della segnalazione e dall’entità di Amper-Auto interessata dalla stessa, è sempre garantita la possibilità di inviare segnalazioni attraverso l’apposito canale istituito per la ricezione delle stesse.
Attraverso tale canale, garantiamo la ricezione, l’analisi e il trattamento di segnalazioni inoltrate da chiunque, stakeholder, dipendenti di Amper-Auto e altri soggetti terzi, anche in forma anonima. Si tratta di segnalazioni aventi a oggetto comportamenti, posti in essere da dipendenti di Amper-Auto, in violazione del Codice Etico, di leggi, regolamenti, provvedimenti delle Autorità, normative interne, Modelli 231 o Modelli CE.
Gli esiti dell’attività di verifica condotta sui casi segnalati sono sottoposti all’attenzione del Collegio Sindacale, owner del processo, anche in virtù del suo ruolo di Audit Committee ai sensi della normativa SOX.
È garantita la massima riservatezza sui soggetti e sui fatti segnalati, nonché sull’identità dei segnalanti, affinché chi effettua la segnalazione non sia soggetto ad alcuna forma di ritorsione.

Fermo l’utilizzo preferenziale dei canali di segnalazione messi a disposizione da Amper-Auto, nei casi tassativamente indicati ai sensi dell’art. 6 del D.Lgs. 24 del 10 marzo 2023, è possibile effettuare segnalazione anche all’autorità competente in materia (ANAC).
